Going to Great heights

It is important to get your deck built at the proper height for your entrance. So although we often have a number of deck models on the lot, if you don’t see something there that fits your needs, we’ll get your project in line in a matter of a few days and have it to you in short order. There is an up charge for decks above 32” since this includes extra steps in the stairs and additional post length.

  • To figure the extra price for heights above 32” deck platform height, use the following table:

    10”-32” heights are figured into base pricing

    33”-40” platform height - Add $100 onto the base price of the deck

    41”-48” platform height - Add $200 to base price of the deck

    49”-58” platform height - Add $300 to base price of the deck

    59”+ platform height - custom quote.

 

Custom Stairs Placement and Extra Stairs

Steps can be ordered with strategic placement for your deck. Some prefer offset stairs or side entrance stairs rather than the standard front facing stairs.

  • Multiple stair units can also be ordered with your deck.

Sometimes a door comes in handy for keeping children safe and secure or keeping pets in or out of your deck area. Our uniquely designed gate fits perfectly in our standard stair opening. It features corner bracing and very heavy-duty construction, matching the design of the deck and comes with three heavy-duty black hinges and heavy-duty black latch hardware.
